There will be a 30% deposit collected for the catering at the time of signing the contract to secure the date. A final invoice will be sent out and all remaining fees must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. If the event booking is less than 14 days away at the time of signing the contract, the full fees will be collected at signing.
An event details list will be sent out with the invoice, The event details and any changes that were made will be confirmed in writing. Changes after this point can be done, however there will be additional fees for those services
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars and does not include GST or Gratuity (currently 16% where stated) these will be added to the final invoice.
