Small $29.95 | Large $42.95 • We start with our top secret rub of Salt and Pepper. Our Brisket is cooked low and slow. We average 14-16 hours per brisket, making it moist and flavourful. Individual side is included.

1/2 rack $29.95 | Full Rack $45.95 • We season our ribs with a top secret dry rub of salt and pepper. Smoke it in Oak for hours and then serve them to you with BBQ sauces on the side, so you can choose how to eat them. Enjoy this Kilo for a full rack of rib heaven. Individual side is included.

Small $24.95 | Large $36.95 • Our pork butt is smoked for at least 10 hours. The BBQ sauce is yours to add and if you would like a sandwich, please ask your server for a bun. We are happy to bring you one. Individual side is included.

Single $11.95 | 1/2 Dozen $39.95 • A choice of mild Italian Sausage or a spicier Cajun Andouille. Both smoked to perfection and served with BBQ sauce on the side. The individual side is included.

Small $19.95 | Large $28.95 • Starting with our dry rub we smoke the chicken with oak until it hits 190 degrees. it is simple done to perfection. Add any one of our 5 sauces and its quite a meal. Individual side is included.

If you are having trouble deciding what to get, you can order a platter. You get to choose 3, 4 or 5 meats that you want. They come in a small or large portion per meat. It is great for sharing or for feeding a large group. Pricing is based on the combination that you choose. Sides are included with the platter.
